You can pay the advance through a Credit or Debit Card. We have a flexible payment policy applicable for payment through Credit/Debit Card for your booking. You can pay the full amount at your convenience or can pay US$ 375 as advance payment. The 4% bank charge is extra and needs to be added on the same. This means to process 490 US$ as advance, you need to pay US$ 390

including bank charges. Your full or advance payment following the secure payment link and payment form details will enable us to secure the services on a confirmed basis. The balance payment, you can send us a month prior if you wish to pay by Credit card or Bank Swift Transfer. For tours & treks in Nepal (except Bhutan tours which require 100% payment in advance a month prior), you can also pay the balance in US$, GBP, AU$, or EUR on arrival here in Nepal. It provides you with peace of mind knowing that your adventure is confirmed. Alternatively, you can choose to make an advance payment of US$ 375. It allows you to reserve your spot while still providing you with the flexibility to pay the remaining balance later.

Bank Charges

It’s important to note that there is a 4% bank charge associates with online Credit/Debit Card payments. You need to factor this charge into the total amount payable as it is additional. For example, if you choose to make an advance payment of US$ 375, the total amount you’ll need to proceed with will be US$ 390, inclusive of the bank charges.

Balance Payment

For tours & treks in Nepal, you have the flexibility to make the balance payment a month before your adventure. This can be done either through a Credit Card or Bank Swift Transfer. It provides you with flexibility in payment methods. Alternatively, if you prefer to pay upon arrival in Nepal, you can settle the balance in US$, GBP, AU$, or EUR.
